WHAT ARE YOUR SAFETY PRECAUTIONS?
We clean EVERYTHING in our massage space virtually as soon as you touch it. That should always be done wherever you go out of courtesy to everyone seeking to be healthy and happy. Rest assured and use our facilities with comfort and peace of mind.
MASKS are OPTIONAL in our facility so that includes even during your massage. Based upon certain criteria, this is subject to change so please inquire about this when you book.
Regarding SOCIAL DISTANCING, we minimize the number of clients that enter so you have more of a luxurious experience and VIP treatment.

RESCHEDULING POLICY
Our time is reserved exclusively for you. As your time is important, so is the time for our family of other clients and ourselves. So, let us value our time. So, please notify us by phone or email at least 24 hours PRIOR to your appointment if you need to reschedule or cancel.
Clients that notify us to reschedule or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service value.
Clients who miss their appointment and do not notify us via phone or email shall be classified as "NO CALL / NO SHOW" and will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the service value.
This value applies to any paid services, card reservations, and/or gift certificates from either us or any third-party vendors.
